Shane Sutherland grabbed a double and Craig Gunn was also on target for Jim Weir’s men, with all the goals coming in the first half.
 
Forfar Athletic also have maximum points following a dramatic 4-3 victory over Cowdenbeath at Station Park. Gavin Swankie grabbed a late winner, with Jim Lister, Danny Denholm and Josh Peters also scoring for the Loons. Craig Sives, Nikolay Todorov and Lewis Moore replied.
 
Berwick Rangers are third after beating Annan Athletic 2-0 at Shielfield despite having Jonny Fairbairn sent off early in the second half. Steven Thomson and Michael McKenna got the goals.
 
Clyde were pegged back for a 1-1 draw away to Stirling Albion, with Ross Forsyth quickly cancelling out Sean Higgins' opener. The Binos had Ross Smith sent off in stoppage time.
 
It was 1-1 in the derby match at Links Park as Chris Templeman earned Montrose a point against Arbroath. The visitors went ahead through Ryan McCord but he was later red carded.
