The 25-year-old has previously played for Norwegian side Molde and Swiss outfit FC Basel and now links up with Neil Lennon's squad.
Elyounoussi, who has earned more than 20 caps for Norway, told the club website: “I’ve been lucky enough to play in the Champions League and the Europa League and I have some experience from the Premier League as well so I’ll bring that to Celtic.”
