Co-bosses Lee Miller and David McCracken picked up the Manager of the Month prize and top scorer Declan McManus was voted Player of the Month.
The Bairns beat Dumbarton (3-0), Peterhead (3-1) and Forfar Athletic (6-0) and are second in the table, just a point behind leaders Raith Rovers.
On-loan Ross County striker McManus scored five league goals in January to take his tally for the season to 19 in all competitions.
