Falkirk are bidding to win the Petrofac Training Cup for the fifth time in their history this season.
The Bairns travel to Stranraer for Saturday's quarter-final, aiming to book their place in Tuesday afternoon's semi-final draw.
Falkirk lifted the trophy for the first time in 1993/94, beating St Mirren 3-0 at Fir Park. They were also successful in 1997/98 against Queen of the South, in 2004/05 against Ross County and in 2011/12 against Hamilton Accies.
Peter Houston's men have knocked out East Stirlingshire and Dunfermline to reach the last eight while Stevie Aitken's Stranraer have accounted for Dumbarton and Albion Rovers.
Also on Saturday, Morton welcome Alloa to Cappielow and it's also League 1 against Championship as Peterhead take on Livingston at Balmoor.
The remaining quarter-final tie, between East Fife and Rangers at Bayview, has been rearranged for Tuesday 21 October due to international call-ups.
