The former Motherwell, Partick Thistle, Dunfermline Athletic and Morton player has agreed a two-year deal at Station Park after leaving Dumbarton.
Loons boss Jim Weir has also brought in Sean Burns from Brechin City this week, with Andy Jackson (Brechin City), Jordan Kirkpatrick (Alloa Athletic) and Mark Docherty (East Fife) having already put pen to paper.
