Forfar Athletic clinched the Development League East title with a 3-0 win over Raith Rovers at Station Park on Wednesday night.
Craig Smith, Cameron Clark and Kerr Hay were on target as the U20s finished their season in style, with a 16th victory in 24 matches.
Forfar have averaged three goals per game on their way to the title and will face Development League West champions Airdrieonians in a two-legged play-off to determine the overall winners.
