The teams are separated by one place and four points in the table, with the Sons a point outside the relegation zone.
There are three games in Ladbrokes League 2. Forfar Athletic, who have a five-point lead at the summit, travel to the capital to play Edinburgh City and second-placed Arbroath are at home to an Annan side who occupy the final play-off place. Montrose and bottom club Cowdenbeath meet in a crucial clash at Links Park, with only two points between the teams.
