Queen of the South boss James Fowler has been voted Scottish Championship Manager of the Month after a highly-successful April.
The 34-year-old former Kilmarnock player took over from Jim McIntyre in September and has guided the Dumfries club into the promotion play-offs in his first season as a manager.
Queen of the South earned 13 points from a possible 15 last month, beginning with a 1-0 win over Hibernian at Easter Road. The Doonhamers then defeated Rangers (3-0) and Falkirk (1-0) in the space of four days in crucial games at Palmerston before dropping their only points in a 2-2 draw at Alloa.
Last weekend's 2-1 win home over Dumbarton sealed a top-four berth and they can now look forward to a two-legged Premiership play-off quarter-final against Rangers on May 9 and 17.
