Greenock Morton strengthened their grip on fourth place in the cinch Championship thanks to a 1-0 win over Dundee at Cappielow on Friday night.
Jack Baird's early goal proved the difference between the teams as Dougie Imrie's men boosted their promotion play-off hopes.
That result allowed Queen's Park to increase their lead at the top of the table to two points with a 1-1 draw against Raith Rovers at Ochilview. Connor Shields opened the scoring but William Akio equalised for the Kirkcaldy club.
