Ross County split their squad as they recorded a thumping 11-0 victory over Forres Mechanics and a 3-0 win at Nairn County while Inverness CT also played two games - one team saw off Clachnacuddin 2-0 and the other beat Strathspey Thistle 6-3. Dundee beat Brechin City 2-1 at Glebe Park while Dundee United were held to a 1-1 draw by East Fife at Bayview.
Alloa Athletic defeated Albion Rovers 2-1 at the Indodrill Stadium while Raith Rovers edged out Stirling Albion 1-0 at Stark's Park. Edinburgh City beat a St Johnstone XI 2-0 and Montrose were 2-1 winners against Formartine United. Stranraer lost 3-1 at Blyth Spartans and Clyde went down 2-1 to Linlithgow Rose at Prestonfield.
