Former Hearts goalkeeper Scott Gallacher has joined St Mirren after spending the second half of last season with Alloa Athletic.
The 26-year-old, who started out at Rangers and has also played for Cowdenbeath, Forfar Athletic and Airdrieonians on loan, has penned a one-year deal.
Saints boss Alex Rae told the club website: “One of the things I want throughout the club is competition and I think big Gal will provide that.”
