Gaston & Stewart join Arbroath

Arbroath have announced their first new signings of the summer following their promotion to the Ladbrokes Championship.

Experienced goalkeeper Derek Gaston, 32, moves to Gayfield after spending the past seven seasons with Morton and will compete with Darren Jamieson for the No 1 jersey.

Red Lichties boss Dick Campbell has also brought in 23-year-old wing-back Scott Stewart - son of ex-player Sandy Stewart - who made his debut for the Diamonds back in 2013.
