Airdrieonians manager Gary Bollan has returned to the club where he started his playing career, Dundee United, to bring in Ross Gilmour (pictured) on loan for the next month.
The 19-year-old defender played for the Diamonds in a reserve game earlier this week and the paperwork has now been concluded for his temporary stay at the Excelsior Stadium.
The Tannadice side have also agreed that defender Luke Johnston, who has just returned from a loan spell at Dunfermline, can join Montrose on a similar deal.
