East Stirlingshire boss Craig Tully has completed the signing of former Dundee United defender Ross Gilmour ahead of Saturday's League 2 opener at Montrose.
The 20-year-old came through the ranks at Tannadice and had a loan spell with Airdrieonians last season.
Tully told the club website: "He is a right-back but can play across the back line. Ross is a versatile player who is highly thought of and has shown up well in training. We are really happy to add him to our squad.”
