Dundee United have confirmed the appointment of Jim Goodwin as their new boss on a deal until the end of the season after Liam Fox’s departure.
The former Alloa, St. Mirren and Aberdeen manager will be in charge of the Terrors as they aim to retain their cinch Premiership status.
His first match in charge is against his former club Aberdeen at Tannadice.
Jim Goodwin told the club’s website: “I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to manage this fabulous club which has a rich history and a passionate fanbase.
“I’m incredibly excited to get started on my journey with Dundee United.”
