Gordon came through the youth ranks with Hamilton and made 161 first-team appearances before joining Partick Thistle in the summer of 2016. He now returns to New Douglas Park for 2018/19 as boss Martin Canning reshapes his squad for the new campaign.
Also back at the Lanarkshire club is defender Lennard Sowah - he joined Hearts after leaving Accies in January 2017 and was with Cracovia in Poland last season.
