Alloa Athletic have announced that manager Peter Grant is to leave the club this summer after two years in charge at the Indodrill Stadium.
The former Celtic and Scotland midfielder kept the Wasps in the Championship last season but last weekend's defeat to Raith Rovers means they will be playing in League 1 in 2021/22.
Chairman Mike Mulraney told the club website: "The commitment and professionalism that Peter has brought to Alloa has been a credit to him - we could not have asked for more.
“Results this season have been disappointing, however it is with sadness we see Peter leave the club. I do, however, respect his decision and wish him the very best in all his future endeavours.”
