Hamilton Accies have snapped up Stenhousemuir’s highly rated winger Grant Anderson just 12 months after the 24 year old made the step up to the senior ranks from Junior side Kirkintilloch Rob Roy.
Anderson’s form at Ochilview during the 33 games he played in last season had seen a number of clubs spy on him and the New Douglas Park side have swooped.
A Warriors spokesperson said, “Grant was a fairly regular goalscorer for us last season and he was watched on numerous occasions by clubs in higher Divisions. We did try to get him to re-sign but he was keen to play at a higher level and we would like to wish Grant all the best in his future career.”
