Falkirk boss Paul Hartley has made Brighton and Hove Albion defender Tom Dallison his first signing of the summer.
The 22-year-old centre-half will officially join the Bairns on a two-year contract on July 1 after spending five seasons with Brighton.
He was on the books at West Ham and Arsenal as a youngster and has had recent loan spells with Cambridge United and Accrington Stanley.
