St Johnstone striker capped an excellent performance with the only goal against his former club Aberdeen as Saints won 1-0 at McDiarmid Park.

James Keatings
The former Celtic and Hamilton Accies forward claimed the first league hat-trick of the season as Hearts beat Raith Rovers 4-0 at Stark’s Park.

Scott McLaughlin
The experienced midfielder scored twice in the closing minutes at Somerset Park as Ayr United beat Forfar 2-0 to maintain their 100% record in League 1.

Rory Loy
Grabbed the only goal with a clever back-heeled finish and produced an outstanding display overall as Falkirk recorded a 1-0 win over Hibernian at Easter Road.

Gordon Smith
The former Hearts striker moved to Stirling Albion from Raith Rovers this summer and took his tally to six goals with a double in the 5-4 victory at Stenhousemuir.

Chigozie Ugwu
The 21-year-old summer signing from Reading weighed in with a double as Dunfermline claimed their first League 1 win of the season, beating Airdrieonians 3-0.

Colin Cameron
The Berwick manager will be 42 come October but still has a part to play on the pitch and was on target in Saturday’s 5-0 win over East Stirlingshire at Shielfield.
