Sam Nicholson
Terrific 25-yard strike from the 19-year-old sent Hearts on their way to a 2-1 victory over Hibernian in Sunday’s Edinburgh derby at Tynecastle.
Jason Denayer
On-loan Manchester City defender marked his debut by scoring inside four minutes as Celtic defeated Dundee United 6-1.
Paul Gallacher
Partick Thistle keeper celebrated his 35th birthday by coming on as a substitute and saving a Gary Harkins penalty in the 1-1 draw at Dundee after Scott Fox had been sent off.
Craig Slater
The 20-year-old midfielder was again outstanding as Kilmarnock beat Ross County 2-1 at the Global Energy Stadium.
Alan Forrest
The 17-year-old younger brother of Celtic winger James scored twice in an outstanding display as League 1 leaders Ayr United beat Stirling Albion 3-1 at Forthbank.
Dick Campbell
The SPFL’s longest-serving manager guided Forfar to a 2-0 win over his former club Dunfermline - the League 1 title favourites - at Station Park on Saturday.
Inverness Caley Thistle
John Hughes’ side won 2-0 at Motherwell to go top of the Scottish Premiership and are yet to concede a goal in three games this season.
Darian MacKinnon
The 28-year-old has spent much of his career at amateur and Junior level but earned newly-promoted Hamilton Accies their second win in four days with the only goal against St Johnstone.

Parted company with Morton during last season but has made a great start at Gayfield, with his Arbroath side top of League 2 with two wins out of two.
