On this weekend six years ago Easter Road hosted a dramatic conclusion to the season in the second leg of the Premiership play-off final.
Hibs had finished second from bottom in the top flight after a run of 13 matches without a win while Accies had to settle for runners-up spot in the Championship despite thrashing Morton 10-2 on the final day as Dundee took the title by two points.
Alex Neil's side beat Falkirk in the play-off semi-final and went into the first leg of the final at New Douglas Park on Wednesday 21 May in confident mood.
However, it was Terry Butcher's men who earned a 2-0 victory on the night thanks to a double from Jason Cummings; the first goals of his career.
