Inverness CT manager John Hughes is relishing the prospect of leading the club out in their first major final when they face Aberdeen in the League Cup decider at Celtic Park on Sunday.
Caley Thistle drew 0-0 with Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday night and the focus is now firmly on the Parkhead showpiece.
He said: "Thankfully we've come through unscathed and in some ways it's worked in our favour because if we didn't have this game the boys who are suspended would have missed the final.
"It wasn't a great game but we got guys game time, kept a clean sheet and hopefully will take some confidence from that.
"We're looking forward to Sunday now. The team's not picked yet. We're injury free and I believe it won't just be the starting 11 that's important because the substitutes will have a big part to play."
