Ross County take on East Fife at the Global Energy Stadium on Friday evening, with the game live on BT Sport and BBC ALBA, kick-off 7.45pm.
The Staggies have won this trophy twice before while the Methil club are bidding to reach their first final since the tournament began in 1990/91.
Ross County are top of the Ladbrokes Championship while East Fife are currently fourth in Ladbrokes League 1 and on course for a play-off place.
The second semi-final is on Saturday evening when Welsh League leaders Connah's Quay Nomads host Edinburgh City, who are top of Ladbrokes League 2.
The match is live on S4C with a 7.25pm kick-off at the Deeside Stadium.
