Jags & Wasps survive as Falkirk go down

Falkirk have been relegated from the Ladbrokes Championship despite beating champions Ross County 3-2 at the Falkirk Stadium.

The Bairns finished bottom of the table, behind Queen of the South on goal difference, with the Doonhamers now facing Montrose in the play-offs.

Partick Thistle are safe thanks to a 3-0 victory at Palmerston while Alloa Athletic's 1-1 draw away to Ayr United was enough to take them clear of the relegation zone.

Morton parted company with manager Jonatan Johansson and No 2 Peter Houston before beating Dundee United 1-0 at Cappielow and it was also 1-0 for Inverness CT against Dunfermline Athletic.
