Montrose forward Craig Johnston has been named Ladbrokes League 2 Player of the Month for October.
The 22-year-old former Cowdenbeath striker scored the winner in both league games last month as Stewart's Petrie's men defeated Berwick Rangers at Shielfield and Edinburgh City at Links Park to move up to second place in the table.
The Gable Endies travel to Central Park this afternoon to play bottom club Cowdenbeath as they bid for a fourth straight league win.
