Kelty Hearts have been promoted to the SPFL after a 1-0 win over Brechin City at Glebe Park sealed a 3-1 victory on aggregate in the play-off final.
The home side had Chris McKee sent off just before half-time and Kelty were also reduced to 10 men when Scott Hooper saw red late on.
Michael Tidser scored the only goal with two minutes left as Barry Ferguson's side secured a place in League 2 next season at Brechin's expense.
