Former Falkirk goalkeeper Tim Krul, who played for the Bairns on loan from Newcastle United from August 2007 to January 2008, has signed a new five year deal with the Premiership Magpies.
Krul made over twenty appearances for Falkirk during his time at the Falkirk Stadium before returning to the North East of Scotland where he has established himself as Newcastle’s number one ahead of Steve Harper following the sale of Shay given to Manchester City.
