Leading trio in League 2 fail to win

East Fife moved two points clear at the top of Ladbrokes League 2 despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Queen's Park at Bayview.

Jamie Insall scored inside two minutes but Chris Duggan equalised midway through the first half for Gus MacPherson's men.

Second-placed Clyde were beaten 2-1 at home by Arbroath despite going ahead early on through Jordan Kirkpatrick. Bobby Linn equalised from the penalty spot and Ricky Little got the winner two minutes later.

Elgin City, in third, went down 2-0 to Berwick Rangers at Shielfield. Blair Henderson scored from the spot early on and got his second with two minutes left.

Annan moved into the top four after thrashing Montrose 5-0 at Links Park. Peter Weatherson and Josh Todd both scored doubles, with Matty Flynn also on target.

Stirling Albion beat bottom club East Stirlingshire 3-0 at Forthbank thanks to goals from Moses Olanrewaju, Darren Smith and Phil Johnston.
