League 1 & 2 preview

A look ahead to this weekend's games...

Falkirk moved to the top of League 1 in midweek with a 3-0 win at Dumbarton in a game brought forward from this weekend due to the Bairns' Betfred Cup tie against Rangers. Cove Rangers will go back to the summit if they can win away to third-placed Airdrieonians. Montrose welcome Partick Thistle to Links Park, with both teams sitting on seven points from five matches while Peterhead host bottom club Forfar Athletic at Balmoor. East Fife have the chance to go above Clyde when they welcome the Bully Wee to the Locality Hub Bayview Stadium.

Queen's Park have a four-point lead at the top of League 2 and are yet to concede a goal as they welcome fourth-placed Stenhousemuir to Hampden. Elgin City are in second spot and will have fans back at Borough Briggs for the visit of Cowdenbeath. Stirling Albion are in third place going into their meeting with Albion Rovers in Coatbridge while Annan Athletic and Edinburgh City meet at Galabank. Bottom club Brechin City take on in-form Stranraer at Glebe Park.
