Morton stay a point behind in second place after defeating Dunfermline for the fourth time this season. Stefan McCluskey, Lee Kilday, Declan McManus and Mark Russell all scored in the 4-0 win at East End Park.
Forfar are third on goal difference following their 4-0 victory over bottom club Stirling Albion at Station Park. Dale Hilson, Chris Smith (own goal), Omar Kader and Chris Templeman were all on the scoresheet.
