Aldin El-Zubaidi, Bobby Linn, Kevin Buchan and Simon Murray were on target for Allan Moore's men.

Queen's Park are up to second spot thanks to a 2-0 victory over Montrose at Airdrie with goals from Chris Duggan (penalty) and David MacGregor. Montrose had keeper Stuart McKenzie sent off after just two minutes.

Albion Rovers after third after a 2-2 home draw with Clyde. Rovers had Ciaran Donnelly red carded in only three minutes and were twice behind to Scott McManus penalties but Scott Chaplain and Mark McGuigan replied.

Peter Weatherson equalised with 12 minutes left as Annan drew 1-1 with East Fife at Bayview. The home side had gone ahead early on through Caolan McAleer.

It was also 1-1 between Berwick Rangers and bottom club Elgin City at Shielfield. Paul Currie opened the scoring but Craig Gunn levelled for the visitors before half-time.
