The Premiership clubs, with exception of those who qualified for Europe, and Dundee United, enter the competition at this stage.

Last season's runners-up Inverness CT were drawn away to Queen's Park or Rangers while there is an Ayrshire derby in store at Rugby Park.

Stranraer, who knocked out Ross County last year, again welcome Derek Adams' team to Stair Park and Ian Murray takes his Dumbarton side to Easter Road to face his former club Hibernian.
