The first round of the Scottish League Cup takes place this weekend - there are 14 ties, with the Queen’s Park v Rangers match going ahead on Tuesday August 26.
The draw for the second round of the competition will be made next week, with details to be confirmed.
Queen of the South v Elgin City
Elgin make the long trip south to face a Queen of the South side who reached the Premiership play-offs last season. Jim McIntyre's men lost a seven-goal thriller to Livingston in the Petrofac Training Cup while Barry Wilson's team were beaten at home by Stirling Albion.
Brechin City v Dumbarton
Ray McKinnon's men go into the Glebe Park clash on a high after beating Cowdenbeath last week but Dumbarton suffered a 3-2 defeat at Stranraer despite being two goals ahead at half-time.
Dunfermline Athletic v Annan Athletic
Dunfermline saw their local derby with Raith Rovers fall victim to a waterlogged pitch last Saturday and will now begin the season against Jim Chapman's men, who went down 3-1 to Hearts at Tynecastle.
Morton v Berwick Rangers
It's part one of a Cappielow double header, with the teams meeting in round two of the Petrofac Training Cup on August 19. Morton edged out Spartans last week while Colin Cameron's men beat Queen's Park on penalties.
Montrose v Falkirk
Falkirk hit seven goals at East Stirlingshire in the Petrofac Training Cup and Peter Houston's men are strong favourites to win at Links Park, where Montrose were beaten 3-0 by Peterhead last week.
Raith Rovers v Forfar Athletic
The Petrofac Training Cup holders begin the defence of their trophy at Dunfermline on Tuesday but first up is the League Cup encounter against a Forfar side who lost 2-1 to East Fife last week.
Albion Rovers v Livingston
Darren Young's team beat local rivals Airdrieonians on penalties last week while John McGlynn's Livingston came out on top after extra time at Palmerston.
Hamilton Accies v Arbroath
Accies return to action for the first time since winning promotion to the Premiership via their dramatic play-off victory against Hibernian. Allan Moore's Arbroath were beaten 4-1 by Alloa in the first round of the Petrofac Training Cup last week.
East Stirlingshire v Ayr United
Craig Tully's Shire suffered a heavy defeat to Falkirk in the Petrofac Training Cup while Ayr United lost 2-0 to Clyde at Broadwood.
Dundee v Peterhead
Paul Hartley's new-look team kick off their 2014/15 campaign with a home game against League 2 champions Peterhead. The Blue Toon beat Montrose 3-0 in the Petrofac Training Cup last weekend.
Clyde v Cowdenbeath
Barry Ferguson made a winning start as Clyde boss against Ayr United last week and is looking for another cup scalp against higher-ranked opposition. Jimmy Nicholl's team were beaten by Brechin City last weekend.
Stranraer v East Fife
Stranraer boss Stevie Aitken will be hoping his side can build on last week's impressive win over Dumbarton against an East Fife side who overcame Forfar last week.
Airdrieonians v Stenhousemuir
This is the only tie between teams in the same division and they meet again in a League 1 opener at Ochilview on August 9. Scott Booth's men are bidding to bounce back from a 3-1 defeat at Brora while Airdrie lost on penalties to Albion Rovers.
Alloa Athletic v Stirling Albion
It's a local derby at Recreation Park, where Alloa won 3-2 when the sides met in the Scottish Cup last season. The teams have also been drawn together in round two of the Petrofac Training Cup later this month.
