Heart of Midlothian have announced that Luton Town midfielder Olly Lee will join them on a three-year deal in the summer.
The 26-year-old was with West Ham United as a youngster and has also had spells with Barnet and Birmingham City.
Lee joined Luton in 2015 and helped the Hatters win promotion from League 2 in the season just ended, scoring six goals in 38 appearances.
