Stevie May scored his 20th goal of the season as St Johnstone beat Partick Thistle 1-0 in a rearranged Scottish Premiership game at Firhill on Tuesday night.
The Scotland U21 striker pounced in 27 minutes after good work by David Wotherspoon to move Tommy Wright’s team to within a point of fifth-placed Dundee United.
Thistle stay second from bottom and are still seeking their first home win in the Premiership.
