Ayr United manager Ian McCall has signed a contract extension that will keep him at Somerset Park until the end of 2016/17.
The former Partick Thistle, Falkirk and Dundee United boss replaced Mark Roberts during 2014/15 and kept the Honest Men in League 1.
McCall told the club website: "I am delighted to commit to this club for a longer period of time. I am thrilled by the reception I have had from everyone since arriving here.
"We have some real quality already at the club and we are adding to it with some top signings. The board have put their faith in me and I want to repay that over the coming years.
“This club has great potential and the first thing we need is increased home crowds and atmosphere - our aim is to provide a team on the park that will make this town proud again.”
