Stirling Albion manager Greig McDonald will lead the club into League 1 next season after agreeing a new contract at Forthbank.
McDonald and assistant Marc McCulloch guided the Binos to promotion with a 2-0 win over East Fife in the second leg of the play-off final at Bayview on Sunday.
McDonald has been at the helm since replacing Jocky Scott in December 2011. He was unable to prevent Stirling from dropping into the bottom tier of Scottish football in his first season and they had to settle for seventh place in 2012/13 despite losing just two of their last 17 games.
Another strong finish this time round saw Albion claim third spot in League 2 before beating Annan and East Fife in the play-offs and they can now look forward to games against the likes of Dunfermline and Morton come August.
SAFC Operations Director Stuart Brown told the club website: “On behalf of the Executive Board, I would like to thank Greig and Marc for all of their hard work during the season just ended.
"The team were rarely out of the top four and the past two months have been outstanding - with eight wins in our last 10 matches culminating in a memorable afternoon at Bayview.
"We look forward to continuing our on-field progress in League 1 next season and have every confidence that Greig and Marc will achieve that.”
