Motherwell boss Mark McGhee has been named Ladbrokes Premiership Manager of the Month for December on the back of three wins out of three.
The highlight of the month was a 2-1 win over Celtic at Parkhead while the Steelmen also notched up Fir Park victories over Dundee (3-1) and St Johnstone (2-0).
Motherwell are up to eighth in the table - three points outside the top six - and go into Saturday's Scottish Cup fourth-round tie at home to Highland League Cove Rangers on the back of a five-match unbeaten run.
The Ladbrokes monthly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Month selected for each of the four divisions.
