McHattie makes Raith Rovers move

Raith Rovers have signed former Hearts and Kilmarnock defender Kevin McHattie on a one-year deal.

The 22-year-old, who has been capped by Scotland at U21 level, makes the move to Stark's Park after leaving Rugby Park.

Rovers boss Gary Locke told the club website: "I know exactly what he’s capable of and it’s great we’ve been able to get him signed despite considerable interest from other top clubs.”
