Queen of the South manager Jim McIntyre wants his men to cut out the errors as to ensure they get over the Championship play-off finishing line.
The Doonhamers have lost their last two games and that has allowed a Dumbarton side they face tomorrow to draw level with them in fourth place.
McIntyre said: “We have lost bad goals against Falkirk and Raith Rovers and that has contributed to losing the last two games. We are not doing the ugly side of things as well as we had been for the past few months and we need to get back to doing that in the Dumbarton game.
“We need to ensure that we do not give ourselves any more self-inflicted wounds especially against a Dumbarton side that is good going forward. Nothing will be decided in this game but it would be great win to win, ugly or otherwise.”
