Arbroath's Michael McKenna has been voted cinch Championship Player of the Month for August after an outstanding start to the season.
The 30-year-old scored five league goals last month – one in the 2-2 draw with Ayr United and doubles in the wins over Partick Thistle (3-1) and Dunfermline Athletic (3-0).
McKenna has continued his good run into September, netting in Saturday's 4-0 win over Hamilton Accies as Dick Campbell's men climbed to third place in the table.
