Raith Rovers have snapped up striker Mitch Megginson, who has spent the past two seasons with Championship rivals Dumbarton.

The 22-year-old former Aberdeen forward has also previously played with Arbroath, Brechin City and Alloa Athletic in loan spells.

Stark's Park boss Ray McKinnon told the club website: “Mitch is in great shape and he can only benefit further from the training facilities this club can offer. I’m looking for him to be getting his name on the scoresheet regularly next season - I’m sure he will do well with Raith Rovers.”
