Harkins joins Montrose

Montrose have signed former Elgin City midfielder Paul Harkins while defender Declan O’Kane has moved on loan from Dunfermline until Christmas.

Manager George Shields said: “Paul has impressed me when I have seen him in the past as he is a very good footballer.

“Dunfermline are very keen for Declan to get first-team football and we are pleased they see Montrose as a good venue for that to happen.”
