Hamilton Accies longest serving player, defender Grant Evans has signed a new deal at the club for a further season, however he will spend the first few months of it out on loan at First Division Greenock Morton.
The 20 year old has moved to Cappielow on a standard temporary transfer until January 1, 2011 with New Douglas Park Coach Stuart Taylor advising, “"Grant will benefit from regular first team football at a good level under Allan Moore.”
