Motherwell will play Welsh side Bala Town or Irish outfit Sligo Rovers in the second qualifying round of the Europa Conference League next month.
Graham Alexander's men are due to be at home in the first leg on Thursday July 21, with the return match scheduled for a week later.
The Steelmen qualified for Europe after finishing fifth in the cinch Premiership last season.
