Motherwell moved off the foot of the Premiership table after a 1-1 draw with leaders Rangers on Sunday afternoon.
Devante Cole opened the scoring for Graham Alexander's men after 20 minutes but Cedric Itten equalised with 18 minutes left.
The result ended Rangers' long winning run but they are now 21 points clear at the top and remain unbeaten in the league this season.
