The 21-year-old was a youth player with Feyenoord and moved to Molineux in 2017 before spending time on loan with Bradford City last season.
Well boss Stephen Robinson told the club website: "Sherwin has a lot of raw attributes that make for an exciting prospect. He’s very quick, he’s direct and likes to take players on in the final third."
