Grant Murray heaped praise on his players after they beat Rangers 1-0 at Easter Road on Sunday to win the Ramsdens Cup.
John Baird scored the only goal deep into extra time as Raith Rovers stunned the favourites to lift the trophy for the first time.
The Stark’s Park boss said: "I'm just so proud of them. It's fantastic for the fans, the town of Kirkcaldy and everyone involved with the club. This is going to live with them for the rest of their lives. To come to Easter Road in front of 20,000 and beat Rangers in a cup final is fantastic.
"Dougie Hill was outstanding at the back and Lee Robinson made some important saves but it is difficult to single anyone out - they are all heroes."
