The 23-year-old attacking midfielder joins the Jags from Queen of the South, having scored six goals in 25 games for the Doonhamers last season.
Manager Ian McCall told the club website: "He is a young, exciting player and is a player I’m sure the Thistle fans will really enjoy watching over the next few seasons."
